Sue Iqbal, Associate

Sue IqbalSue comes from a background in Special Education, where she served as a senior member of staff, developing the pastoral aspects of the curriculum and providing a range of support for parents and carers. She then moved into education advisory work, providing schools with consultancy, training and support on a range of personal, social, cultural and health education issues.

Sue currently works as an Education Advisor in a large urban LEA, providing coaching and development support to senior leaders and staff teams in schools. She is an accomplished trainer in areas such as School Ethos Development, Values, Team Building and Managing Change. She is also a Consultant with National College for School Leadership and delivers their middle and senior leaders programme.

Sue is committed to work-life balance and believes that this is achievable despite the stresses and pressures of modern life. She has a strong commitment to voluntary work and currently provides career coaching to a number of individuals in her local community. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Education and a Diploma in Performance Coaching.
