Sue is a member of the European Coaching and Mentoring Council and is an EMCC Accredited Coach at Senior Practitioner Level<\/p>\n<p>As well as coaching Sue enjoys developing new coaches and has designed and delivered numerous coaching courses<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sue\u2019s approach<\/strong> to coaching is drawn from the following models: Egan\u2019s Skilled Helper, Boyatzis Model for Adult Learning, John Whitmore\u2019s GROW Model.
