Karamat’s work on Pakistani Boys Achievement<\/strong>\u00a0 and White Working Class Underachievement<\/strong> is widely recognised. As lead consultant on the Church of England’s Education project ‘Unlocking Gifts’<\/strong> he supported a range of in school projects aimed improving practice. \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

We recognise that effective practice only occurs where strong leadership is in place, Sue’s work linking leadership development, school improvement and\u00a0 educational outcomes<\/strong> has real impact in the schools she supports.<\/p>\n

We are passionate about helping schools and their communities create a climate and culture for learning<\/strong>. In order to do this we have developed expertise and tools that enable debate on values and ethos to translate into\u00a0tangible\u00a0outcomes.<\/p>\n
