Equality, Diversity and Achievement

With experience gained from working in a broad range of sectors including; youth, adult and further education, schools, public health, local authority, government, the voluntary and private sector. The Forward Partnership has a unique perspective to offer organisations aiming to respond to the challenges of a diverse society and to provide best practice in meeting the requirements of legislation.

Our work includes:

  • addressing cultural and religious diversity in employment and service delivery
  • training to raise awareness of equality and diversity and in cultural competency
  • supporting senior leaders and Equality and Diversity personnel
  • research, needs analysis and policy development
  • undertaking consultation with staff through focus groups and one-to-one structured conversations
